the one about pesky little mosquitoes
I think I'm on the brink of a fever. Head feels giddy and all. Must be eating too much new year snacks. Argh, and I have a cough too. Still have duty tomorrow, better sleep early tonight.
I hate mosquitoes. I think I must have said this before in some previous post, but thursday night in camp has been one crazy one fighting off the pests. The air conditioning was spoilt indoors, so a few of us decided to sleep out in the open.
I slept on my usual beach chair and made sure I was 90% covered, with the exception of my nose and mouth. I had enough experience to know that sleeping in a singlet and without socks will have you waking up the next day requiring a blood transplant.
Here is what I wore to sleep. Hooded sweater, boots, eye covers (to help you sleep), neck pillow. And guess what? I got bitten on my cheeks and chin.
Later I decided to move indoors, this time wearing my gym gloves to prevent hand bites. But still...bite bite bite. Help.
Ended up not sleeping properly. Damn! I think tomorrow I might just bring a sleeping bag.
Anyhows, I gotta go now. Still have to complete that question for my pesky group assignment. Date due soon. Help once more.
the one about feeling damn sleepy now
Haven't blogged in about a week. Argh. So sleepy nowadays, seemed that the supposed sleeping problem I had a month or two ago just went away. Studying's quite tedious too with the looming deadline for that assignment like 2 weeks away.
Just came back from marketing lesson. The teacher's rather confusing sometimes. Doesn't help since my revision seems to have lagged behind. Really questioning my method of studying, which heavily relies on mindmaps. Slow and tedious. Damn.
Work aside, I'm really looking forward to receiving my 3 seasons of 'One Tree Hill' through the mail. Kinda miss the show since watching the first season. At least something to look forward to while I slug through my revision.
I'm freaking tired and I'm yawning throughout all this typing. The only reason keeping me awake is probably 'AI' playing ont tv. I know I'm so going to pay for the lack of sleep tomorrow but heck care, it's pretty nice to watch.

the one about a lovely valentine's
Today is Valentine's day.
I don't mind not having a date. Used to it already. In fact, anything close to a date is a cause to pop the champagne. I don't see why another year of loneliness will make any difference to the last eighteen. And that's a slice of emo for you.
Evening was spent in campus and I ate my wholemeal bread breakfast for dinner during break time. Lesson ended early and I drove home in my Vios, fantasizing as usual that it was a Skyline.
Came home and ate some bak kwa, keropok and mini Cadbury chocolates. Then right now am here typing this post. I sure have a life.
The past 2 days I've been trying to keep certain things out of my head. It's bitter. Many times I wanted to confide but I just can't bring myself to. And heck, I can't even be sure whether it's true. Don't even know if I should even feel upset or not.
I wish I was honest before and all the more I wish I was honest now. I wish I could just talk it all out. Damn it.
Anyways, Happy Valentine's Day.
the one about blatant stupidity and blurness
I've made scary mistakes during driving. And I mean, really scary.
Almost ran past a red light but stopped just in time. Kinda dangerous cos' the other junction had cars coming down from the highway. Why? Perhaps I was dreaming. Ok, that's kinda wtf.
Wanted to turn right into a small road. But didn't see a car coming straight my way. It was kinda fast. Again, braked in time. Heh heh.
A few days back I beat a traffic light. I don't know whether I got snapped or not. It was kinda stupid and rash on my part. Please don't learn.
One time I made a rather quick turn and almost caused an accident. What accident? Don't want to say.
But none of which is as foolish as the time I wanted to chase a Ferrari. Couldn't change lane in time and the next moment, it just disappeared.
Sorry for bothering you with my foolishness. But I think I'm learning from the lessons already. :D
